I made a purchase of 5 items the most expensive@$49.99 retail. The items were purchased via a phone order pursuant to an e-mail coupon for 25% of my entire order.
When I received the order and enclosed invoice the above item was billed at full price of $49.99 instead of $37.50 I confirmed the price of $37.50 with the sales agent at time of purchase.
I've called three times each time I am in cue for more than 30 minutes until I just hang up. This long hold time is no accident. The order line is fast and quick to take your money, but Customer Service is slow to non-existent to address a problem.
