I needed to change my mobile tariff so I used the online chat. The person on the chap was really attentive and sorted me out with a much better tariff, which I am really grateful for. There was no 'Lets increase the price first' just a 'lets find you the best tariff for you'
He sorted everything quickly and left me a happy customer.
