“Waiting for 2 hours for an exchange”

Waiting for 2 hours for a simple XMR to BTC exchange! This is outrageous. People are loosing money on the exchange rate because this "instant" exchange is not so instant. They come up with all type of excuses. Stay away from this site!

* SimpleSwap attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
