Initially the Customer Service Manager commented that my pair of sunglasses was out of warranty and I had to order a new pair after only six months. However, he did follow up and showed the pictures of the damaged lenses to the Lab Manager. Not sure who made the final call but 39dollarglasses.com has now decided to replace the lenses by sending me a prepaid return label. To be continued.
After only 6 months, one of the sunglass lenses was bubbling up. Have had more than 20 pairs of sunglasses over 50 years and this is the first time I am experiencing this. Reached out to 39DollarGlasses and the manager there said the sunglasses were out of 90 day warranty and he would be happy to provide me with a promo code giving me a $15 discount on the new pair. He was also suggesting that I had handled the glasses in the wrong way to a person who has had glasses for almost 60 years. Why would I consider ordering from this place again after this experience? Mind boggling and unbelievable.
Tip for consumers: Meaning of 90 day warranty coverage. If anything is wrong thereafter, there is no coverage whatsoever.
