Never register onto their website, there's no security! Second, I ordered the TFV4 with a Snow Wolf mod about 3 weeks ago, noticed I didn't even get a tracking number, so I sent their customer service a email asking what's going on. Turns out the TFV4 in black was a pre order item, which the site did not state at all, so that took an extra week. So I finally get a tracking number after asking again and again to find out they had already sent it, but failed to notify me. After tracking it for a week, I noticed that it hadn't moved from transit for a LONG $#*! TIME. I sent another email wondering if there's been a mistake since they said there's a 24-72hour shipping period and it's already been two whole weeks. Their customer service told me it's still on it's way, gave me my tracking number again, and told me," Please be more patient, it would be highly appreciated." Well I'm going on week 4 now... And still no package. Thanks Cvapor.

Edit: On top of all else, apparently their products are NOT authentic, do not listen to George.
