CVapor

I made several purchases with CVapor and had problems. 2 of my orders were incorrect, either missing items or sent wrong items and being charged for them. They offered $8 as inconvenience, but I paid over $30 for the item and wanted that item. Not to mention that I had to wait a month after placing the order to get the wrong item.

Would advise anyone to use another online store as I wont be ordering from them again.

Never register onto their website, there's no security! Second, I ordered the TFV4 with a Snow Wolf mod about 3 weeks ago, noticed I didn't even get a tracking number, so I sent their customer service a email asking what's going on. Turns out the TFV4 in black was a pre order item, which the site did not state at all, so that took an extra week. So I finally get a tracking number after asking again and again to find out they had already sent it, but failed to notify me. After tracking it for a week, I noticed that it hadn't moved from transit for a LONG $#*! TIME. I sent another email wondering if there's been a mistake since they said there's a 24-72hour shipping period and it's already been two whole weeks. Their customer service told me it's still on it's way, gave me my tracking number again, and told me," Please be more patient, it would be highly appreciated." Well I'm going on week 4 now... And still no package. Thanks Cvapor.

Edit: On top of all else, apparently their products are NOT authentic, do not listen to George.

Like a couple other reviewers here, I wont be shopping from Cvapor again. I took a chance after reading the reviews and decided I would give it a try since they were doing a 20% sale.

I've ordered from other China based sites before so I know the time it takes just shipping the items. Their site isn't updated with crucial information like their current stock so everything says its IN STOCK whether it is or isn't. One of my items apparently was not and I only found that out asking for an update 3 weeks later. The response I got from them was something along the lines of, "one of the items you purchased isnt in stock at the moment. We MIGHT get it in next week. Please, dont worry your items will be shipped out as soon as possible."
I also received an email that day saying all my items were shipped! I tracked the number they gave me and it said its destination was the Ukraine... I live in the USA. Customer service said it was an accident and I was sent another customers tracking number. They also offered a $2 discount on my next order...

I gave them an extra star because their customer service is semi helpful and usually respond within a day(until you ask for a refund and they delay you as much as possible). If you're still reading this and you think you might try ordering from Cvapor make sure you pay with Paypal so your protected. Every conversation I had with them I SS'ed and saved for a paypal dispute, I suggest you do the same since once I started a dispute the conclusion came to an end within 4 hours. Good luck to you if you dare order from them but I would suggest against it. (2/24/16)
