They always seem to have an excuse to want to charge you more money or not should be in merchandise. I'm fed up exchanging emails with them. Customer Service handles basic items they have no authority to do anything else. I've called to talk to managers on a dozen occasions and never received a call back or an email from them. It's a joke to Even called them customer service people. The whole company has the same culture. The culture of this company is to make money. They would rather lose a customer, then take care of a situation that was their mistake. It's really a shame. The last order I received from them had items that were marked salvage yet they sent it in a lot that was store returns. They have no interest in placing their customers. They just want to make the sale at any cost, and Customer Service you can forget it after the sale. Once they have your money you'll never see it again and you'll probably never receive exactly what you ordered and the condition in which it was advertised.

They carry lots of different merchandise for resellers. I've order everything from computers to Apple products. I've added Direct Liquidation to my regular suppliers
