I wanted to update my previous review, as Stamping Out Loud changed ownership earlier this year and the new owner re-opened mid-June 2018. I've ordered twice already and though I haven't had to contact the shop for anything, I've received emails when my order began processing and when my order was shipped. Both orders (one small, one large) shipped within a week. The quality of the blanks I received was good, but I did have to send them through my own tumbler because several were cloudy. I would recommend that anyone who has dealt with the previous incarnation of SOL to give the new owner/shop a try.

As every other review has stated, the wait time to get your order is terrible and the employees are rude. Their FAQ says it takes about a week during non-holiday periods before orders ship out, but that's completely inaccurate, my current order has been in limbo for four weeks. When I emailed to see if there is an update on when it will ship, the reply I got, after several days, was extremely condescending and unprofessional, like it's your fault they've dragged their feet. I've had to deal with Stamping Out Loud for a couple of years because they were the only ones I could find with the finished edges (and even then I have to toss about 25% of the blanks because of mars and scratches), but this order ($500+) will be my last.
