The flowers delivered were nothing like that shown on the site. Bright, beautiful and vibrant flowers where shown (Beauty Basket) and cheap, bland white flowers were delivered. The basket was made of cheap straw. They did not send the balloon I paid for.
Contacted the customer service by phone, email and chat but am still to receive a response/apology. They appear to use a network of dodgy florists so there is no guarantee you will get what you hoped for.
If you want to feel robbed, helpless and sad that the occasion so important to you had been ruined because of an incompetent bunch, then use justflowers. Otherwise stay away from them.

Great products, great prices, fast shipping, superb customer service. This is a UK based website and has a shop with great feedback on eBay UK too. Definitely recommend this website to all perfume lovers.
