“Poor service, wouldn't suggest company”

Could barely understand customer service man. I bought a warranty for my headphones… one was lost and they will not replace the headphone. Not sure why they have a protection/ warranty plan in place if it doesn't cover lost/ damaged items. Not a company I would suggest buying from.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy the protection plans, not worth it. Waste of money
