Ordering was great...easy online service. However...the shades online does not match the actual color on my skin. I'm African American...gold toned skin...wears warm shades, but the shade I received is a lot brighter than what I chose online. I called to do a color match and after entering my order number was told that my order was not eligible for a color rematch. Therefore...I'm having to use a darker shade over luminess to acquire the look I was going for.
My complaint is that the color I chose online does not match me in person...called for a rematch and was informed that my order wasn't eligible.
