I was finally able to speak to a Supervisor and everything was handled like it should've been in the first place and yes I would give them a second chance.
Bought snow cone machine for my business and it breaks down after a month and a half and they cant replace it when I was told it had a ninety day warranty threw Hayneedle, plus I have to go threw the manufacturer to get it fix or replaced and the shipping is on me... this is awful service. I wouldn't recommend hayneedle.com to anyone ever. When you spend $400.00 dollars you expect better service.
