I think this company is completely indifferent to their customers' satisfaction and would advise not to do any business with them.
I ordered flowers on 12/12/23 that were supposed to be delivered on 12/14/23. About 10 days later I learned by pure chance nothing was delivered. I did not receive any notification about an unsuccessful delivery, and the local contact phone number provided did not receive either a call or a text about the matter. When I contacted Prestige Flowers via email, they simply told me delivery was attempted but was not successful. How Royal Mail attempted a delivery is unclear – my son's family was home at the time of the supposed delivery attempt.
Prestige Flowers refused to refund me for purchase.
This is the second time they completely disappointed me; the first time was in November 2021 when they failed to deliver flowers when my grandson was born.
