Made the mistake of buying a gift card online to pick up at the store. DON'T DO IT! The store never recieved it, even though I got repeated emails telling me it was ready to pick up at that store. The sweet gals at the store were on hold with customer service for 4o mins. And where assured my $300 refund was on the way. Never was. I called customer service and said they couldn't help me - had to go to a different dept. that would "get back to me". Theft.
