First pro denied service after rescheduling. Second pro rescheduled me 6 times and then showed up without a lawn mower only a weed eater and wasn't able to even start on the fire pit. Didn't do any edging at all! And the grass around the house and edges of the property aren't cut. Also damaged siding on my house and garden decorations. Very disappointed I want to immediately cancel. No more services! Completely horrible service and tried to charge me extra at every turn even though I was already quoted over $200. I don't want these people to touch my yard! I tried to cancel and the app wont let me. Honestly I wouldn't have minded keeping it for the 3 minimum but this is just a rip off and so disappointing!
Updating my review: I have heard from the company and submitted for damages to be compensated for for both holes in the siding on my home and damaged garden items. LawnStarter has closed my case without reimbursement or repairs offered and stated that the lawn guy denied doing anything and is saying it was damaged before. This is completely untrue. Had I known this was what would happen by signing up for lawn care with them I would never have done it.
Update: Ms Megan with customer service has reached out to me and has corrected the issue. She was very kind and patient and helped me through this whole thing. I appreciate it. 5 stars for Ms Megan
