My initial review was one star due to the time and aggravation it was taking to obtain my refund. Since then I did receive a full refund so I have upgraded my review to a 3 star. My advice is keep all correspondence with getaroom and use a major credit card as both of those will help you obtain a refund. The refund process took longer than it should but in the end the refund was obtained. I cancelled my reservation with getaroom and went with a different site but at the same hotel. So the hotel room was fine but the refund process needs effort.
