On Monday at 2.48pm your driver walked in behind a resident, right past our concierge without a package and put a "Sorry we missed you " note on my mailbox. I spoke to customer service who assured me note had been put on my file that the parcel would be handed to the concierge to day (22 August). On Tuesday 22 August your driver came into the building and handed a package ( not mine) to the concierge and left. At exactly that time I received an email, stating " sorry we missed you " There was No sticker on my mailbox. WE have this on camera and it's disgusting service from DHL. The parcel is now 2 days late due to no fault of mine. My own number and buzzer number are supplied.
