I booked air ticket for Kuwait to Islamabad, it was on 21st May 2020 for Qatar Airways from online website Rehlat. When I called up Rehlat to cancel my ticket as due to pandemic I have no work no pay. Ticket cancellation was charged to me 35kd, which is a huge amount still I let it go. But refund of remaining amount is still pending from 15th May 2020. Rehlat has worst customer service. After sending tons of emails and calls only one reply from them. Worst and fraud Rehlat never cleared the information from their side. I have no work since 8th March 2020, due to pandemic life is stuck in one cubical. I have family here with me for which I have to provide. After requesting and wasting my local call balance for more than 7.5kd, answer from Rehlat is still my remaining amount will take more than 60 days to process. I have been waiting from 15 May 2020 till date, this is height of negligence from Rehlat. This is the value of your customer, when you cant afford good customer service close this crap online drama and trap in which innocent people get trapped every now and then.
I ask each and everyone not to ever book any airline ticket from Rehlat ever.
WORST WORST WORST service ya Rehlat.
