I booked and paid for a flight one week before travel only to find out that when the person got to the airline desk she is told sorry your name is not on the list, Embarrassing to say the least. Now you have to secure taxi and hotel and pay a higher cost fare. NOT FAIR, NOT RESPECTFUL. NOT CARING
