By far the worst experience iv'e had with CarID.com i had placed an order of 4-wheels worth over 1k about 2-weeks ago, after the 1st week i had called to speak to a representative to follow up on my order and i was told the wheels were on transit and i should get an update in 2 business days. Well its been 2 business days that have passed by and yet no update. So i decide to call again to speak to a representative and tells me there is no way to follow up on my order cuz they don't have an update status, that i would have to call them back ones the manufacture is available (yet i think its ridiculous how i have to follow up with this update when it should be the company job to follow up with their customers needs) so as i speak with the lady with bit of frustration (without getting verbal) all i said was if i don't get an update by today i will call back tomorrow and demand my refund cuz ive waited far to long already when i i can get them faster somewhere els. After that was said she hung up on my call, which is very unprofessional. If i knew her name i would put it up on here. But by far the worst experience with almost a 5-start company. Should of gone to TireRack.com like i usually do, but was trying something different.
