Though I appreciate the Plattform as an excellent search field for watches, I am disappointed about the non-existence of any help/support in a Situation where this would have been definitely called for., Be patient‘ messages are of no help at all, if these are not being followed up Timely by concrete messages that address the issue at hand. This creates the impression as if no real support is actually available. Till today I have not received a single message on this case and I have therefore decided to conclude the matter without any support by the Chrono24-Team.
