I sent a Support Request to Payoneer via Payoneer Support Center on the 11th of December. On the 21st of December, there was still no human reply. This is a severe case of a declined payment from a client of mine that should be clarified urgently. In this way, I had to find the telephone number of Payoneer Support via a 3rd party website, since Payoneer does not show this information on their website in my dashboard and does not give me even the possibility of an Online Chat. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this treatment as a client and as a person. Note: on the 21st of December, I managed to speak to a very professional Customer Care professional, Adam, who was extremely kind and helpful. This, I believe, is an exceptional case within a problematic and disrespectful Customer Care structure.
