THERE WAS A WEBSITE MAINTENANCE THE TIMENI PROCESS MY ORDER THE FIRST ONE I THOUGHT IT WAS NOT SUBMITTED DUE TONTHE WEB RESPONSE OF HAVING MAINTENANCE SO I DID TRIED ONE MORE TIME AND INWAS SURPRISED THAT THERE WERE 2 ORDERS OF THE SAME ITEM ALREADY SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEADE CANCEL MY ORDER #*******. I ALREADY MESSAGE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES BUT STILL TELLING ME THAT THEY CANT SEE MY ORDER NUMBER ON THE SYSTEM. PLEASE GIVE ME ASSURANCE TO THIS MATTER. THANKS.
