Too bad their reply is a lie. I have my invoice and credit card bill where they went ahead and charged my card for tax that was not authorized (also their argument was that my modem was shipping in California which is why I was being charged tax ((3 days later)) yet the item came from Tennessee! Shipping was upgraded because they lost the order for 3 days before I messaged them asking where it was. They went ahead and charged my card without my authorization. There is no refund and no credit. Currently disputing the charge any will continue to post about this!
