My Dermatologist practice insist on using Senderra RX to fill biologics. They provide no service to the patient and get in the middle of prescriptions that are forwarded to my "real" specialty pharmacy. This process causes delays in filling my prescription. Confusion was the name of the game. They were awful to deal with and I ended up dealing with my original specialty pharmacy Anyway. I may switch Dr's to get away from them.
