Claim Your BusinessMy Dermatologist practice insist on using Senderra RX to fill biologics. They provide no service to the patient and get in the middle of prescriptions that are forwarded to my "real" specialty pharmacy. This process causes delays in filling my prescription. Confusion was the name of the game. They were awful to deal with and I ended up dealing with my original specialty pharmacy Anyway. I may switch Dr's to get away from them.

My doctor uses them to get specialty meds approved. They took 3 months to process a refill- even though my insurance conpany uses Optum.
Senderra published 888 number has not worked the entire time, despite telling them this multiple times.
After they finally got it cleared–they called and acted as if they were the only one who could fill it.
Thank goodness, I knew better.
Avoid Senderra at all cost, if possible.

Specialty pharmacy
They have participated in my medication being delayed for six weeks now. It's actually causing adverse effects and they are harming me. They keep sending more requests for info from my doctor and every time my doctor complies, they request another piece of info. Horrible company
Two months in a row (2) months delivered my medicines to wrong address. I called and told them I Did not received it, they said they follow up and call me back. Never did. Different Neightbors 2 and 3 days later came and asked if it was mine. This is expensive medicine, AND needed. They never care enough to call and check!
I had always used CVS specialty pharmacy. But then, I was FORCED to use Senderra by a nurse practitioner, saying, "This is the pharmacy we use."... Senderra was horrible from the start in that the medication was delayed nearly a month. Once they got their money issues sorted out. They were okay., One of the staff was awfully rude, and Senderra is a lot more interested in money than its customers.
Senderra's employees don't have the people skills that CVS specialty employees do.
I was very happy today to be able to get rid of Senderra and go back to CVS.
I switched doctors. And this doctor says I have a right to use the pharmacy I want. Hooray!
