“I cancelled order after waiting 7 weeks, and they immediately charged me for the order anyway.”

Fraud / scam. My order was on non-stop 'back order' for 7 weeks, so I called them to cancel. They did. They sent me an email confirming cancelled order at 6:27pm and at the exact same time they charged my credit card for the full order at 6:27pm. I called them back, and they said they didn't charge me.
