I had my money ($400) froze for 6 days and still is... I confirmed inventory in stock prior to ordering over the phone, I also received a email confirmation saying item is in stock and ready to ship after I paid. To add insult to injury I've had to call daily for 6 days with no help due to systems down. Never received notice the items where ever shipped. I even paid extra for their VIP that ensures item is shipped out 2hrs after purchased. Roadrunner has completely failed in completing a simply transition in a timely manner. In the end there is no accountability on their behalf. No resolution or assistance to make this right. Still haven't released my money on my Navy Federal credit card. Have to wait for it to fall off and it's been 6 days! Roadrunner rep says item sold out today... 6 days later! I even paid for the VIP membership ensured items ship out within two hours... I want what I paid for nothing more, nothing less...
