Basically, I am a long-term FlexJobs subscriber who has historically paid my subscription on an annual basis. I noticed an unexpected charge on April 5, and I also received an email welcoming me as a new FlexJobs subscriber. Evidently, I was being billed on a frequent basis since renewing my annual subscription on December 28. I was being overcharged / overbilled. All is now in the process of being resolved.
