6 months now waited for my refund, absolutely ridiculous.One excuse after another, constant lies from a bunch of thieves who have the morals of a mosquito. They flaunt aviation laws set in Britain, they don't care. They will go to any length to keep hold of your money with constant lies. A bunch of Asians living in London robbing decent, straight forward people. Utter scumbags, rot in hell. I am fuming!
