Prompt delivery but it was the wrong one. Have sent back the TV remote to be replaced by a DVD remote.
When I rang the first time it was all ways engaged. The next time I got through and was told that I was number one in the que it then asked me to leave a message. A few days while in was in Big W to buy a universal remote the sales told me to ring again and went straight through to Teck support.
