Requested some of a prepaid booking to be refunded due to my family testing positive for Covid. We canceled 48hour prior to arrival. I expected something returned, not zero as they required proof of positive test and made me up load our results.
After my complaint, getaroom.com, refunded the entire amount of prepaid hotel fee. I am now grateful.
