Received defective machine that stops working after a few seconds. Customer service guy "Luke," who appears to be in Lithuania, has been repeatedly promising to initiate a refund for more than a week and is evasive about exactly when it will be issued. Feels like they're playing games at this point. Guess I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Ordered a large canvas print as a statement piece. It was thrown onto the stretcher bars crookedly with bits of another print showing on the sides. Just shoddy work, and it's so big it won't be easy or cheap to return it.
