Long story short, 1st box of burgers, truck broke. Called. 2nd box of burgers delivered. Internal box temperature was 77 degrees. Called again. Requested refund and to cancel order. I was only refunded 75% of the purchase price. Their reasoning? The gave me a $25 gift card for a future order. I told them I would never order from them again and a gift card has zero value to me. They agreed to issue full refund but when my credit statement arrived, sure enough they only refunded 75% of the full purchase price. I highly suggest anyone thinking about ordering meat online, look elsewhere.
