“Bad presentation”

I bought several items including tennis, belts and bags. I stopped buying the brand not because I don't like it. But it is supposed to be a luxury brand and its prices are not so cheap so that when you buy in department stores or outlets they deliver them to you in a simple plastic bag, even the most economical brands include the dust bag. No aesthetics when making this purchase.
