I have shopped with fashion nova multiple times. I've never had an issue with their shipping. However, I placed an order on December 27, because they promised it would be here by NYE. I got an email stating it was shipped on the 28th. I checked my tracking, after 2 days of waiting for it to even update, just to be told it won't be delivered until JANUARY 3! WTF amy I supposed to do with an outfit that was supposed to be for NYE coming after I actually need it?!? Then, when you call them out under their posts, they delete your comments. And to top it all off, we spend our money on these products, just for them to issue a damn store credit- minus the shipping cost. We don't want to shop with you again! I'm sooooo over them. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience with a compaNY. Get your $#*! together Fashion Nova, and stop lying to your customers. And for goodness sake, get a better return policy for YOUR mess ups!
