Regrettably, the experience has been fraught with hurdles and disappointments. Despite religiously making over 36 payments, my access to funds is merely a fraction of what was promised. The unpredictable shifts in interest rates, coupled with the seemingly arbitrary allocation of my payments—sometimes to the principal and sometimes just to the interest—has been perplexing and feels intentionally misleading.
But what truly compounds the frustration is the company's communication approach. Not only is there a glaring absence of real-time human interaction, but every attempt at seeking clarity is met with an impersonal automated email. The very idea of not being able to speak to an actual person, compounded by a wait time of at least three days for an email reply, feels like a slap in the face for a trusting customer.
In my many interactions with financial institutions, Refresh Solutions stands out as the absolute worst in customer service and transparency. Their practices not only undermine trust but also leave customers feeling neglected and deceived.
