I went to check on the status of my order and it says cancelled... no email to me notifying me of this, no reasons, no nothing?! This on top of the fact that they didn't accept the coupon they sent me due to "exclusions" when there are no exclusions listed on the coupon! Finally, the email us option on their website works about 10% of the time. So you go through the trouble of typing out the issue for it to say "sorry... to working"
