The result is that they got me a new screen from Canada delivered to NZ in just 4 days, and for not much money!

In addition I have 17" Dell laptop that comes with a shiny screen except for a small, limited edition that comes with a far superior matte screen, which I have. The matte version of my screen was virtually unobtainable - except from LaptopScreens!
