Beware of their tactics if you are not satisfied with a purchase. I ordered the Tour Edge 3 wood through them. The delivery of the item was fairly timely. When the product came I was out of town. It took me a few days before I could try it out. Upon swinging the club I felt it was a bit flimsy and appeared to be cheaply made. I knew i had 30 days to review the product. I sent an email to them requesting a RMA, i was told that I had to return the club by a certain date, which had already passed! It was actually 30 days from the date they shipped it. They then said that the club had to be returned to them the next day. Well you can imagine that the cost to do so basically equaled the cost of the club. I then did some researching and found out that the order while made via Revolution Golf the club and delivery and returns all go through Tour Edge. In looking at the Tour Edge Website I found that they offer an unconditional return policy and will pay for the shipping! I spoke to someone from Tour Edge who told me she would send me a RMA to ship directly to them, and she seemed surprised that Revolution Golf would not give me a refund as i offered to have the club to them the following week. However she never provided me with the RMA and now i am stuck with a $200 club that I do not like. Bottom line is if you think this product is right for you order through Tour Edge, they will give you the FULL 30 DAYS to try the product. If you order through Revolution you really only get about 20 days if you want to make sure the product is returned on time. TOTAL RIP OFF! STAND BY YOUR 30 DAY POLICY! DONT MAKE THE SHIPPING TIME PART OF MY REVIEW TIME!
