Once I paid and completed the course, I called to see how to best get the certificate to the court/ clerk, a woman said call the clerk, I said they never answer, she said to look at my ticket and drive to a courthouse in Miami. I live in Hollywood. There needs to be a better way, someone who know s what to do next.

Unfortunately our clerk gave you wrong information. Sorry about that. You can simply mail it to the Clerk of Court, Traffic Ticket Division, in the County you received the ticket. Miami-Dade also accepts it by fax to 305-548-5322. If you have any other questions please call me at 305-553-5000 ext 7007... Thank you
