“15 MONTH wait for refund”

I've waited 15 months now for a refund from May 2021, despite recently getting an email from them stating I have a flight credit, which o called them on, only to be told please disregard email, we're still working on it! Absolutely speechless, shocking service, but if they think I'll just forget it and walk away, they may think again. I'm now ready to
Publicize this shocking service to all concerned NEGATIVE Stars I had to tag at least 1 star here
