I have been trying endlessly and very patiently trying to get HELP with my defected sneakers. MY case #******* started end of Aug 2020. I've sent email after email after EMAIL. They ask for much back up about the sneakers to which I have provided to them. As a matter of fact, I was told by Darnell on Nov 12,2020 that I sent to many pictures because they can't see all of them. WHAT! So, I sent 2 more per Darnell's request. I was hopeful Darnell is going to resolve this matter for me. BUT the call (magically) gets dropped. I call back, he's on break. I leave message to call me. NO CALL BACK. Not surprised! I call Nov. 13,2020 I speak with Cinnamon, she tells me, I need a copy of my receipt. I tell Cinnamon, I was NEVER told I need a copy of the receipt in ALL the many emails I have sent since AUGUST 2020. SO OFF I GO... find proof when I bought this sneakers. I find it on my credit card MARCH 2020 but thought I bought them back in OCT 2019. The sneakers are STILL under warranty. I'm guessing ASICS is going to come up with some NEW excuse... OH we need a paper receipt not a copy of your statement! This has become a running joke with this company! HOPEFULLY! Someone will read this at ASICS and sent me new sneakers! Buying $135 sneakers isnt what I expect for these sneakers to happen in this short time! I'm pissed to be treated to badly by this company. I have been super super patient due to COVID but this is just not the way customers should be treated! I am not attaching pics on this because they are ALL in my email under case #*******
