We had a sitter booked for over two weeks (Kara S. From Denver in Cherry Creek) and then she cancelled on us last minute because apparently her roommate decided she didn't want a big dog in the house. I contacted customer service to leave her a bad review and was informed that it wasn't possible to do so unless she actually watched the dog. Then I asked that she be banned from the site and they informed me that she would be "monitored." So, basically this girl has ZERO responsibility to follow through on her commitment. We will never use this service again. Our trip had to be cancelled.
