They say an expert will answer in 10 minutes but I didn't get a response for 2 questions in 3 days. I then got a message from an administrator saying they were still looking for a professional to answer my query (on property and planning) so I just said cancel the question and refund my money.
They'll make it look as though you can have a livechat with an expert but this isn't the case - you have to pay for each question you ask so as you can imagine, I was eager to get an answer for the 2 x £26 I'd shelled out.
It didn't work and I'm in the process of asking for money back.
