I thought I was purchasing a wicker ottoman for 145.00 because in my search for an ottoman,, and with all the other ottomans, Bailey Street had a photo of an ottoman with cushion. After I place the order and was reading the description more closely and I realized it was only the cushion! I immediately called the number provided to cancel the order and they were closed. I Called again today, per the message they have, and again, closed. It is Saturday. However when I looked up my order status, the cushion was sent today. So they can't take calls to cancel the order but they can hurry up and send a 145.00 cushion. I'm sure they see enough busy people who just take the overpriced cushion because they don't want to spend their precious time sending it back. My fear is that when I send it back I will have to pay some huge fee for shipping. (Shipping is ridiculously expensive.) I do a lot of online ordering and businesses seldom bill immediately and ship out within hours. It seems like a scam to stick me with a purchase I don't want. I will follow up this review with another review stating whether or not they cover the shipping, or if I end up getting screwed because I didn't read the description closely enough.
