When placing an order they do not tell you that returns must be done via mail if you want a full refund. I brought the shoes back to the store & a very unfriendly sales person told me I could only get store credit. I went out of my way to go to the store & not even a smile, hello, sorry for the inconvenience. Their sizing is so off. I ordered my usual size 7 shoe and both feet could have fit in there. Before placing order it was offering me a 20% discount but when I went to check out it wouldn't take it. They sent me a 20% off my next order. There will never, ever be a next order.
