I did not receive my package. I wanted to be nice and allow some time for delivery delays with Coronavirus so I gave it 2 weeks before bringing it to their attention. I was told that they can't do anything because I reported it 7 days too late. And I don't get my money back even if it doesn't show up (which is looking likely).
I paid 60 pounds and didn't receive my item, and cannot get a refund. I'm amazed they have this policy.
I've started a charge back on my card so will get the funds back.
PSA if something like this happened to you with Ebuyer or another shady company: contact your bank or credit card company and you can get the money returned, they usually side with the customer without many questions asked.
