“Item 2x too big, cost of shipping back cost HALF of what I spent. Lost $15 for NOTHING.”

Saw cute pawprint shoes on a friend who directed me to this website. I have large feet and usually wear an 11 or 12. I ordered an 11 and it was sooooo big. I called and they said to return the shoes -- at my expense. My expense was $15. The total spent was $32. I asked why they wouldn't pay that shipping if the product was clearly defective. They don't care. I would NEVER buy here a gain.

If a product is considered defective we would not have asked you to return the item. But due to the shoe being the wrong size for you doesn't mean that it is defective. Our return policy is noted on our website and at this time we do not offer return labels and returns are at the expense of the buy. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience.
