Contacted customer service regarding the slow arrival of my order and was told my order was exactly where it should be, based on the method of shipping I chose at the time of purchase. The customer service agent proceeded to tell me that since she considered that there was no problem, she was closing the ticket out in my inquiry. I also mention that the shipping prices offered where quite expensive. The response I received was that the prices were set by UPS, and I can take it up with them if I had an issue. This is what we call customer service now?
